The Ice Ranch is a 54,000 SF pre-engineered ice center located at Southpark in Littleton, Colorado, designed and constructed by DSP Builders, Inc. The Ice Ranch began with both a full-size NHL rink and a “pond” rink that was used for some hockey but primarily for the Olympic game of curling. With a large demand for hockey, it has now converted to two full-size rinks although curling is still a big part of it. The CM/GC contract also included the construction of a dedicated dry-land training area, Pro Shop, business center, snack bar, and bar/grill. It also has a coffee shop, sports bar & restaurant, and meeting room.
The Ice Ranch is a showcase of the latest in digital experience in ice-sport viewing and entertainment and is open year-round. It offers exclusive ice and restaurant rentals for special events and birthday parties. Perfect for all ages and fun for the whole family.
In addition, Ice Ranch serves as the home rink to The Colorado Thunderbirds formerly knowns as Youth AAA Hockey, RMHL which is the largest adult league in the area, and several high school programs including Regis, Valor, Heritage, Cherry Creek, Mountain Vista, and Parker High Schools, and other club hockey programs like Littleton hockey Association and Krivo School of Hockey. We can provide our patrons with a coffee shop, Santoro’s bar and restaurant, and Precision Edge pro shop.
