The Landings is a neighborhood in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States. It is made up of a residential community surrounding Warren Lake, a reservoir located just 3.8 miles from Fort Collins. The community borders Warren Shores, Golden Meadows, Oakridge Village, Troutman Park, and Warren Farms.
The Landings straddles College Avenue to the east and forms a natural border running north and south, concurrent with Horsetooth Road to the north running east and west; to the west is Lemay Avenue. Stanford Road from the north becomes Landings Drive within the village, running parallel with John F Kennedy Parkway which becomes Boardwalk Drive turning southeast. Whaler Way runs north and south between Boardwalk Drive and Lemay Avenue. To the south is Harmony Road.
The Landings is home to the privately-owned Warren Lake. Collindale Golf Course with Golden Meadows partially shares the border with The Landings to the northeast. The residents of The Landings is served by Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church on Lemay Avenue. There’s a park along Boardwalk Drive called Landings Park, right across from Lakeshore Business Center. United States Postal Service is also located along Boardwalk Drive.
