Table Mesa is a neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado, United States. It straddles Colorado State Highway 93. Colorado State Highway 93 forms a boundary to the east. It borders Martin Acres to the east, Devil’s Thumb – Rolling Hill to the west, and Highland Park to the north. Major streets in the neighborhood include Table Mesa Drive which forms a boundary to the north, Lehigh Street which forms a boundary to the west, Darley Avenue which runs west and east in the middle of Table Mesa, and Gillaspie Drive which runs north and south in the middle of the neighborhood.
Table Mesa is home to Viele Lake. Nearby parks include Harlow Platts Community Park, Harlow Platts Park Picnic Tables, Shelter and Gazebo, and Playground at Viele Park. Residential Table Mesa is home to the National Center for Atmospheric Research, a hilltop laboratory with hands-on weather and climate exhibits. It’s a popular hiking area known for the Mesa Trail, offering views of the Flatirons and Eldorado Canyon. Trails wind through vast Harlow Platts Community Park, also home to Viele Lake. The Table Mesa Shopping Center includes a gourmet market and casual eateries.
