Regis Denver County

Regis is a neighborhood in Denver. Located in North Denver, its boundaries are Harlan Street to the west, Clear Creek (Colorado) to the northwest, 52nd Avenue and the northern border of the Regis University campus to the north, Federal Boulevard to the east, and highway I-70 to the south. The Berkeley neighborhood is adjacent to its south end and the Chaffee Park neighborhood is adjacent to its east end.

The neighborhood is located in the extreme northwest part of Denver. The neighborhood includes a well-established residential area with commercial centers located along the major traffic route of Federal Blvd. to the east. Sheridan Boulevard passes through the neighborhood in north and south directions. Regis Boulevard emerges west from Federal Boulevard and is concurrent with 50th Avenue and ends at Tennyson Street to the east.

Regis is immediately situated to the north of Berkeley Lake to the south of Tennyson Street and Rocky Mountain Lake to the south of Lowell Boulevard. Located in the northeastern corner of the neighborhood is Regis University and the Willis Case golf course. Willis Case Golf Course is just to the east of Sheridan Boulevard. To the west is the Inspiration Point Park.

Regis has several food establishments along Federal Boulevard including Rico Pollo, Thái Bảo Vietnamese Restaurant, McDonald’s, Subway, Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, Little Caesars Pizza and McCoy’s Restaurant. Motel 6 Denver, CO – Downtown serves the neighborhood.
