East Pleasant View is an unincorporated community and a census-designated place (CDP) located in and governed by Jefferson County, Colorado, United States. The CDP is a part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. The East Pleasant View CDP has a total area of 71 acres (0.287 km2).
East Pleasant View is located at the western end of U.S. Route 6 or the 6th Avenue Freeway. 8th Avenue passes through the community and becomes 7th Avenue. 7th Avenue runs west and east. Gardenia Street emerges north from 7th Avenue. Coors Street emerges south from 8th Avenue and forms a boundary to the east. 6th Avenue Frontage Road briefly forms a boundary to the south.
