Bow Mar Arapahoe County

The Town of Bow Mar is a Statutory Town located in Arapahoe and Jefferson counties, Colorado, United States. Bow Mar is a part of the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Front Range Urban Corridor. The town encompasses 520 acres (2.104 km2), including 96 acres (0.390 km2) of water.

Bow Mar is located immediately to the east of Marston Lake and 2 miles to the west of the interchange of SH 88 and US 85. Bow Mar Drive emerges south from Quincy Avenue then runs southeast and intersects with Prospect Street. Prospect Street then continues east and becomes Belleview Avenue as it exits Bow Mar. Bow Mar Drive continues south.

Bow Mar is home to Bowles Lake and occupies most of the southern area of the community. Immediately to the south is another lake called Upper Tule Lake. Businesses and services serving the town include Paramount Properties, Metro Brokers, Danielle Naeff, LuBird’s Light, Carolyn Schilling LLC, Long International, Kepner Charitable Foundation and Quinn book.

Bow Mar homes in Arapahoe County are part of the Littleton School District. The district has fourteen elementary schools, four middle schools, three high schools, and two charter schools. Brian Ewert is the Superintendent of Schools. Jefferson County Public Schools serve homes within the Jefferson County boundaries.
